With over 34 years of legal experience, Attorney David Salvin believes that the foundation of effective representation is clear, direct communication with every client. He takes pride in offering honest guidance, personalized attention, and straightforward legal support, without the complexity or formality often found in larger firms.

David earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he completed an accelerated program in History with a focus on Russian Language Studies. His academic journey included time studying abroad in the former Soviet Union before returning to the U.S. to complete his education and earn his law degree from Whittier College School of Law.

David is licensed to practice in all state courts in both California and Oregon, as well as the Federal District Courts of California. His commitment to accessible, reliable legal counsel has remained constant throughout his career.

Outside the office, David is a passionate and accomplished model builder, specializing in miniature scale military ships. He has built hundreds of detailed models from navies around the world, many of which are featured on Model Ship Gallery and Model Shipwrights.

In addition to model building, David enjoys restoring and driving his WWII Willys Jeep. On weekends and during local parades, you’ll often find him behind the wheel, sharing his love of history and classic vehicles with his family.
