COMING FORM THE NORTH: 

1. Go straight of the 405/5 Freeways at the Lake Forest Exit.  Go straight across Lake Forest Dr.

2. Turn right at the first first small street called Plaza Pointe Dr.

3. Take Plaza Pointe as it curves around to South Pointe, then turn right.  4. Go down about a block and turn left into the third driveway on your left.  (There is a large address sign in front of our two story rust colored bldg.) 

4. Go to the right when you enter the parking lot, then park on the right side of the building and go up the stairs.  Our office will be on the left.

COMING FROM THE SOUTH:   

1.  If you are on the North bound 5 Freeway take the Lake Forest Exit. 

2. Turn left off the ramp, go up over the freeway and then turn left on Avenida De La Carlota. 

3. Turn right at the first first small street called Plaza Pointe Dr.

4. Take Plaza Pointe as it curves around to South Pointe, then turn right.  5. Go down about a block and turn left into the third driveway on your left.  (There is a large address sign in front of our two story rust colored bldg.) 

6. Go to the right when you enter the parking lot, then park on the right side of the building and go up the stairs.  Our office will be on the left.

Guest parking is available next to the building and is free. Please proceed up the stairs to the second floor via the staircase on the right hand side of the building. If you have mobility issues please let David know before yoru apointment.
